What if you read a date wrong?

Every document gets a one-tap confirmation before any reminder is scheduled: "We found X, expiring on Y — correct?" You approve or fix it in seconds. Nothing is tracked silently.

Is connecting my email safe?

We connect read-only: we can read, but never send, change or delete anything. We store the extracted details — document type, dates, coverage — not your emails. Everything is encrypted, nothing is shared or sold, and one click deletes it all.

Do I have to connect my inbox?

No. Every account also gets a private forwarding address — email or snap a photo of any document and it's tracked the same way. Connecting just makes your audit instant instead of gradual.

Why not just use my calendar?

You can — if you remember to open every document, find the date, type it in, set four separate reminders, and repeat every time anything renews. Nobody does. That's the point.

Does it handle my state's license rules?

The reminders work everywhere — we read the date on your document, whatever state issued it. State-specific renewal checklists are on the roadmap; founding members pick which states we build first.
